What happens at the end of the free trial?

If you have not started a plan, your account goes dormant. Polling stops, so Arlo stops pulling new email and calendar events, and the cockpit greets you with a reactivation prompt. Your memory and narrative are preserved. Pick a plan any time to resume.

What happens to my data if I pause?

Raw email is auto-purged within 30 days of pausing. Your structured data, memory, narrative, briefs, and tasks are kept so you can resume seamlessly. For a full hard delete, email business@arlo.fyi.

Do I need a card to start?

No. Sign up, connect Gmail and Calendar, and you are using Arlo in minutes. The 14-day trial runs without a card, and we will nudge you toward the end.

What about teams or multiple users?
